Make it available outside of US

Hi, i managed to get the free app to my phone, but as my regular account is not in US, I cannot buy any in-app purchase. Pity, I would love to. I can understand why movies companies put these funny, 19th century geographical limitations on their products - but a fitness app? Make your available in more countries -> grab more $$$, including those of mine. Quite simple.
